These kind of things hit the people who are making money, not the ones who have made their pile.
They are not threatened by government, they own enough of it to have no fear. But those kulaks! Something must be done about them.

Nah. I don’t think so. I do agree that the ones hurt the most are the upper middle class and barely rich ... followed by everyone else. Jobs and the economy in general are adversely affected by taxes on the wealthy.
