There are a number of Federal agencies and departments that simply do more harm than good. Complete elimination of them, and a moratorium on their reformation would be a net positive. There really is nothing worth saving since the risk of getting the wrong folks remaining is way too high.
The argument against elimination will be that our enemies will seize the opportunity to attack.
