If Durham is doing anything at all, it seems his premise has changed to the FBi being swindled - when their own text messages and actions showed they were leading the Get Trump Operation.

The only one convicted, so far; the FBI lawyer, Clinesmith, was given community service for fabricating an email that was given to the FISA court to get the warrant to spy on Carter Page.
Two different groups did crooked things, i.e. the Clinton campaign and the FBI. Some of the crooked activity occurred at points of intersection between the two. The Clinton campaign shouldn't get away with their crimes, even though the FBI's illegalities are more serious since they are the government. Possibly Durham has nowhere else to go on the FBI front, and the perps will get away with it unfortunately.
