Our education system is a sick tasteless joke and I think we would be shocked to find how many of our public education trained children are of just such a mindset.
As a middle-aged guy I’m supposed to fear a young person taking my job; after dealing with young people I have no such fear. The necessary elements (education, motivation) simply aren’t there for so many of them.
The problem arises when I need to hire someone like that; my state trafficks foreigners here to replace fleeing Americans, so I assume it won’t be Americans that apply.
