The whole idea of public employee unions is ludicrous.
Fire them all.
Let the Union sue in court.
Nothing will change unless government is no longer involved in education. Privatize at all levels, then people can choose what is best for their children. As long as there are government schools, there will be continual fighting over what is being taught and how they are run.
