She doesn't know precisely why CNN boss Jeff Zucker was forced out, but Washington Post columnist Margaret Sullivan wrote on Friday that "Jeff Zucker’s legacy is defined by his promotion of Donald Trump." All of CNN's horror-movie coverage was never enough.

Donald Trump is responsible for the rise of Donald Trump. He had the right message and he stood for the America we once knew (hence, “make America great again,” but any outside help must necessarily go to Barry Soetoro who made America desperate for real “hope and change”.
The media has become totally comfortable promoting and inventing absurdities, and now the sky’s the limit.
The only person that promoted Trump, was Trump. Specifically when he told Fred Luntz to shove it and made immigration an issue. It was game-over for the rest of the pack at that moment.
Lol CNNs programming has been 99.9% anti Trump…24/7 forever. They did their best…. It just isn’t good enough because no one believes the media any longer.
In a way (but not the way they’re thinking), she’s right. Sucker...errr I mean, Zucker...loved airing Trump rallies and press conferences because 1) they got big ratings and 2) it gave CNN a forum to spew nonsense couched as “analysis” after they aired.
The rise of Trump came from NBC’s “The Apprentice” where viewers got to see weekly Trump’s decision methods. Unlike the usual hate dished at most corporate CEOs, Trump was shown as personable, compassionate and connected to those around him despite his pomposity.
I think Zucker was part of NBC at that time. No Apprentice, no Trump. I think some of the vitriol regarding Trump was NBC believing they created a monster.

In what universe did CNN promote Trump? If she can somehow make the mental leap from CNN’s overt news coverage of Trump to a promotion of Trump, she belongs in the next Olympics

The seeds of Trump began with Bush 41 and his rejection of Conservatives.
It took a long time but we have finally realized we have been lied to by our own party since Ike.
This is a big theme over at the democrat websites.
They blame the media for giving Trump extra media coverage. They wanted Trump censored & given no media coverage, in other words, to withhold information from the American people.
Apparently, as Trump was winning Republican Primaries, CNN was only supposed to cover Bush, Kasich, Carson, Rubio, & Cruz.
I know it doesn’t make any sense, but our opponents are kooks and crazies.
You can’t negotiate with psychos who say things like:
“The Republicans are just mad because they can’t date me.”
Haha people still don’t get it. Trump beat Clinton and Sanders. Obama really was benign compared to what those two could have been and now what Biden is proving to be.
It is ironic.
CNN totally promoted Trump, as did Morning Joe until he got the nomination because they all thought he was easiest to beat.
