When it comes to food prices, what goes up almost never comes back down except for brief sales or limited selections.
So, don’t expect any ‘giving back’ grand gestures from Tyson.
There is a fine line between rules of Capitalism and practices of Price Gouging. Think Pharma Bro.

I remember that one frost in Brazil made coffee go way up. Then it did not go down-—at least in that era (end of 1970s).
Coffee priced at $2.83 in 1967 → $21.18 in 2021 - According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, prices for coffee are 648.46% higher in 2021 versus 1967 (a $18.35 difference in value).www.in2013dollars.com website.
