New Brunswick and Nova Scotia are also border provinces.

In fact, there are only two provinces that do not border the USA: Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Additionally, the North West Territory does not border anything but Canada, Yukon borders Alaska of course, and Nunavut borders Greenland (Denmark).

Many thanks, I was thinking of the ones that had border crossings shut down by the truckers.

The Maritime Provinces (Maritimes) had already considered joining the Union, mostly due to their near-poverty status.
