A court might make findings of fact, such as failure to follow state election laws results in an UNLAWFUL election. But neither courts nor Governors / Presidents can effect a solution.
So look up quo warranto as the court action to remove candidates who could not have 'won' an UNLAWFUL election, as several state's courts recently have disclosed.

Democracy always leads to chaos and then to dictatorship... always. This is what our founding fathers were trying to prevent.
