RCMP currently in Ottawa to assist in the crackdown on peaceful protesters allegedly brag about using brutal force in a leaked group chat.
In what appear to be authentic screenshots of the RCMP Musical Ride team currently in Ottawa to assist in the crackdown on peaceful protesters in the capital city, members brag about using brutal force.
Over the last 24 hours in Ottawa, police have deployed pepper spray and canisters on demonstrators, arrested dozens and trampled two people with horses.
Rebel News' Alexa Lavoie was brutally struck with a baton, shot at close range with a pepper canister which then broke, burning her face and eyes.
In the chat, RCMP Musical Ride member, Andrew Nixon sends a picture of a pint of beer hoping for his chance to abuse protesters:
“Don't kick all of them out until next weeks group gets our turn”
Member Robin Thibault remarks about accommodations police are being given in Ottawa:
“Nice Downtown in Chateau Laurier"
Nixon jokes about police brutality:
“Time for the protesters to hear our jackboots on the ground”
After being admonished for his remarks, Nixon mocks the protesters:
“okay we can give out free hugs and unicorn stickers”
A member named Marca laughs off the prior night trampling of two demonstrators, one of which had a mobility scooter.

Anyone who now wears the Canadian police uniform has declared where they stand. They stand in support of a government which has arrogated to itself the power to seize property without warrant. Where are all the jackbootlickers that used to be so prevalent on FR? They’ve scattered like cockroaches when the light turns on.

I think they are on other threads defending the Biden war machine.
They are apparently being used in d'Ottawa because cops mounted on horses are often used in potential riot situations. Because of extensive their training, they are very good horsemen. There are very few 'Mongos' around, who can stand up to a 1,000 pound horse!
Watching what is happening in Canada, has hurt my “support your police” belief I have had for many years.
Increasingly I am starting to lean towards, “defund the (Federal) law enforcement”. Still support our local police....until they choose to be the mailed fist of our local politicians. But consider the abuses the Wash. D.C. Capitol Police have committed, and other policing related agencies, FBI, etc.
The Feds have committed so much abuse that their agency budgets no longer are deserved, but past one dollar.
Sorry to say this. I doubt I am alone. Watching Canada likely is changing a lot of citizens’ attitudes about law enforcement, at least above the local town level.

What did you expect? This is similar to the Feds taking on the 1/6 crowd. I would expect the military to act differently. But this is not the military. FWIW, the Ottawa Police Chief resigned. I would guess he was not willing to carry out Trudeau’s illegal order so he was replaced with a “yes man”.
