Just have the ability to see beyond the teleprompter and ordered all nuke packages to be loaded to full war shots i.e. put 10 on each trident rather than the treaty 4. Same with the land based MIRVs. Ready those in “reserve status” to full operational. Beyond that, there is little that can be done in less than a few years.
