It’s a dirty job, but somebody has got to do it. Sort of like the guys that pump out septic tanks, only better paid.


Excuse me, but pumping septic tanks is honest work.

And so is arms dealing (when "our" guys are doing it). Multi-million-dollar deals get done on a verbal agreement and a handshake, with reliable delivery follow-up and payment. Reputation and perceived backing are everything in that business.

Yes, many of the customers are absolute scum. Our government often supports them because they are absolute scum. That is where the problem begins.

Arms dealers are creations of the governments that pretend to disavow them when things turn to crap. Diane Feinstein is more to blame for the consequences of arms deals than is her husband. And the cabal that put Diane Feinstein into office is even more responsible.

Without government support, arms dealers would not exist. They are highly paid minions. It is politicians and their sponsors who should be hunted down and turned into highway overpass decorations when these things go bad.
