We are seeing Putin’s Plan A here. Murder until he gets what he wants.
The first part of the plan was to murder a few people and that didn’t work. So now he’s going to murder a lot of people. The people who didn’t care he murdered hundreds won’t care he murders thousands. He knows his opponents will never reply in kind.

Yep....that’s how I see it. Hitting Government Buildings in major cities....people will do well to stay away from any of them in Ukraines major cities or move out if close to them until this ends.
