These are young women who took testosterone while “transitioning” to male.
Look up the late Sy Rogers, a reformed homosexual/transgender. He “transitioned” with hormones and other drugs for two years before he was finally converted to Christianity and accepted his true sex. But the scars of the “treatments” still remained. He was extremely effeminate with a high voice. He made a point to bring this up wherever he spoke.
