Actually, the Russians have been avoiding civilian casualties. There have only been scattered casualties here and there. Usually they will send out a warning before they bomb.

I wonder how many here have any clue as to what we did in the bombing of Belgrade to drive the Serbs out of Kosovo, during the Kosovo War. Hint: Belgrade is 200 miles from Kosovo.
