The idiot probably meant lower your prices. Later he says to raise min wage for your workers. Then he says he wants a min tax on corporations at 50%.
But of course that last one won’t be inflationary, because if you lower prices and increase wages the corps will no longer have profits to tax.
Then the entire economy crashes and China picks us up at 10 cents on the dollar.
