I believe you are correct. There are thousands protesting war in Russia. I pray for all the people both Ukrainian & Russian that have, are & will suffer because of this mad man that wants to restore the Soviet union.

I don’t think you understood my message. Many people disagree with the war, but the consensus is that the West goaded Putin into it. If Putin is going to get replaced over it won’t be for the pro-Western liberal.
As for Moldova I have no idea. I’m quite surprised by Ukraine so far.
It is definitely a possibility that Moldova gets injected next with the Russians having moved tens of thousands of their own illegal aliens into the region decades ago.
Moldova is historically and genetically linked to Romania. Romania has been pretty silent on the NATO response and will not send weapons, but mess with Moldova and that could change.
That could be the trigger point that invokes Article 5.
