The propaganda war being waged is out of hand. People are soaking it up without without considering if it’s true or not. After Covid. After watching people fall over in the Wuhan streets. I don’t believe ANYTHING till it’s verified. The past 6 years has made me like this. The last 2 especially so. Right now. I don’t believe this. They aren’t Russian and they sounded scripted.
Ukraine is making a huge mistake if they think they can stop Putin with warm tea, he’s coming for that whole country, crying soldiers or not. A lumbering bear in a china shop, mucking things up with indifference.

The reality on the ground seems to validate what the POWs are saying. If Russia was rolling all over the Ukes and having massive success, the POW stories wouldnt make sense. That hugh column has not moved in two days....whats going on?

Speaking for myself, I rarely believe the media other than (occasionally) the weatherman. But, I do believe what I’m seeing posted from civilians from Ukraine and Belarus coming out on Twitter and YouTube.
Casualties seem inexplicably light. After a week of combat between a Russian army of 190,000 and a Ukrainian army of 140,000 we have only on the order of a total 10,000 dead, depending on what news you believe. This is only a 3% death rate.
Apparently the Ukrainian army has holed up in the cities and the Russian army has bypassed the cities unless there were strategic road and bridges in or near cities. The exceptions seem to be Kherson and Mariupol. Melitopol was also taken, but that is a fairly small city.
Good Lord! This is an example of one human showing God’s love to another freaking HUMAN BEING. And you make light of it? Holy cow, what a cold heart you have.

It’s not about Putin. It’s showing the Russian forces that if they surrender they will be treated well.
That was the difference between the US and the Soviet Union in WW2. The US took over 7 million POW-s because they surrendered knowing they’ll be treated well. Germans didn’t surrender to the Soviets knowing they’ll be killed or worse.
Just look at what the Deep State Cabal MSM has pushed on society over the years.
