Fentanyl overdoses kill thousands of Americans per year and drive the explosion of homelessness and crime that has made many American cities almost untenable. Someone trafficking 400 grams of fentanyl is a mass murder.

He had 400 grams, so that’s potentially 200,000 overdose deaths.
It's worse than that. Apparently, 400 grams is where the maximum felony begins. The article states, "On April 27, 2017, DEA agents seized approximately 27 kilograms of fentanyl in Florissant, Mo."
