Or it may just be more BS. There is so much BS flying around the Ukraine conflict that it is hard to tell if anything being reported is remotely true. The Ukranian, Russia and western media are all very corrupt. I have trouble believing anything being put out by any side in this mess. I am old enough to remember a US Congresscritter falling for the “Ghost of Kiev” story or the Ukranian bio labs “rumor” which was a rumor until yesterday when our DoS admitted the labs exist. Lots of BS on all sides in this.
