RE: I suspect Russia and China will support this and all others will veto.

If we aren’t developing anything nefarious, then there shouldn’t be any reason to veto.

Just because there are biological activities does not necessarily mean bioweapons are being developed. What if ANTIDOTES are being developed? Anything wrong with that?

The mere fact that it’s being brought up is a smear attack on the US.

Just GIVING it “air time” is enough to damage the US reputation which they’ll try to stop.

Frankly I think it’s a lot of nothing (like the Wuhan labs which is, most likely, an accidental release that Obama capitalized on)
But that won’t be taken that way in the rest of the world.
It matters what they can prosecute.
