Stupid generals are a dime a dozen in all countries. They got fat and lazy during peacetime.Yep. The U.S. Navy has more admirals than ships. I’d bet the Army’s flag ranks are equally as bloated. They drink expensive wine and go to fancy dinners in Washington. None have ever won a war.
