On Wednesday, CNN's Chris Cillizza was hoping, desperately hoping that this could "finally," after all this time of utter ineptitude and awkwardness, be a "Kamala Harris moment" when she jetted off to Europe to address the crises caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. You could almost see Cillizza rubbing his worry beads of concern in "Is this, finally, Kamala Harris' moment?"

We are all aware of the “Peter Principle”....Well Caramella rose to her level of incompetence decades ago.
She doesn’t take anything serious. She’s so consumed with the perks of the position and what she thinks it means to her personally that she can’t comprehend the actual responsibility that goes with this authority.
Is there a more incompetent human on the planet than Kamala Harris?
no, it’s the jo Brandon giving her the chance to show her azz to the world and reason to kick her off the 2024 ticket...
“Que mala” Harris, not yet ready for prime time, and probably never will be. She is the living example of the Peter Principle gone berserk, not only promoted far beyond her capability of competence, but into the rarified atmosphere of the “Post Turtle”.
As explained by an old Texas rancher, “When you’re driving down a country road on you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that’s a ‘post turtle’. You know he didn’t get up there by himself, he doesn’t belong up there, and he doesn’t know what to do while he’s up there, and you just wonder what kind of dumb ass put him up there to begin with.”
Cilizza is universally loathed. I have yet to see anyone of any persuasion who likes him.
Joe and the ho are both testament to the Peter Principle, as well as to the resilience of the US Constitution, which will survive this crisis of crappy leadership, and the next and the next.
I taught my wife my nickname for Harris at election time two years ago and now my wife uses Chlamydia in every reference she makes to our beloved VP.
We are witness to the reason they say that Senators make horrible Presidents.
This is the Kamala Principle.
In the Peter Principle, one rises to level of incompetence, and stagnates there.
In the kamala Principle (which governs much of government), the less competent you are, the higher you rise. There is no stagnation for the incompetent or belligerent or malignant. Those qualities carry high value in the institutions of government.
Maybe I’m wong, and maybe I do wear John Conlee’s eyewear, but I have nothing else to lean on beside the US Constitution, which has survived far worse in it’s two and a half centuries of existence.
Kinda like a cesspool ... biggest pieces float to the top ...
Of all the potential woman and women of color in the USA - Harris was supposed to be the cream of the crop - so what does this say now we’ve seen and heard the best Bioden and Democratic party selected to Represent that group....
Optimism? On FR? I’ll take it!
