The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense just published a promotional video offering each Russian pilot a reward if they defect to #Ukraine with their aircraft.
USD 1 million per aircraft and USD 500,000 per helicopter.
Desperation? The Swampfox, Francis Marion of US history was described the same way by the British General Cornwalis in Marions prosecution of assymetrical warfare against the British.The outcome was astounding.
They should throw in a Ukrainian passport, so the pilots can get to somewhere that they can enjoy the money.
If Ukraine was desperate, they’d threaten to blow up the pipelines to Europe in order to drag them into the war. This is just one more effort to fight the war on social media.
Part of me wonders if Ukraine actually wants to win this war, or if they figure that a loss with a moral victory that comes with a legend of being tought and a big payoff to avoid further bloodshed is their preferred outcome.

Both Vlad and Zelensky are black hats, corrupt beyond belief. There is a reason the Ukies were never invited or admitted into the EU, or NATO.
Unfortunately, both the Russian and Ukrainian people suffer for their evil governments…..do keep in mind, Zelensky can end this war anytime, Vlad has repeatedly invited him to the negotiating table…..
