Any publish the list of the Republicans that voted for this nonsense?

Don’t worry folks, your Republican Traitorous Senator/HouseRep got some money for some new bathrooms at the local park that should cost about $25k but will probably cost $250k, by the time all is said and done. But they have your best interests, don’t you worry about it.

Send them back again, they promise to get important stuff done, like lower your taxes-reduce the deficit-seal the border, during their next term.

To: MarvinStinson; All
The very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress probably cannot justify the $8 billion earmarks under Congress's constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

Sadly, probably most of the state legislatures (also contractors?) who regularly beg and bribe (alleged) federal lawmakers for their fair share the omnibus spending pie, probably do not understand that the "federal" taxpayer dollars that they are receiving should never have left their respective states in the first place.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

The bottom line is that the states need to eliminate the unconstitutional middleman, the unconstitutionally big federal government, from "helping" the states to manage their revenues.

The ultimate remedy for unconstitutionally big, alleged election-stealing, Democratic Party-pirated federal and state governments, allegedly manufacturing crises to oppress everybody under their boots...

Consider that all the states can effectively “secede” from the unconstitutionally big federal government by doing the following.

Patriots need to primary federal and state elected officials who don't send voters email ASAP that clearly promises to do the following.

Trump-endorsed lawmaking candidates need to promise in their preprimary emails to patriots to introduce resolutions no later than 100 days after start of new legislative sessions that proposes an amendment to the Constitution to the states, the amendment limited to repealing the Progressive Era 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments (16&17A), little or no discussion required imo.

In fact, I challenge the states to ram the repeal amendment for 16&17A through the ratification process faster than Nancy Pelosi irresponsibly rammed unconstitutional Obamacare through the House. /semi-sarc

Insights welcome.

See what our RINOs did! Those lesse-of-two-evils votes working against us, just like the communists planned. They play the GOP for suckers, and we are again and again.

More of their anti-Americanism:

Immigration Provisions in New Omnibus Funding Bill

Inside the massive $1.5 trillion omnibus package is a mix of several disastrous immigration provisions and a few attempts at creating the impression that the Biden Administration is serious about immigration enforcement and border security. DHS Secretary Mayorkas, with the full support of President Biden, has ignored laws requiring him to secure the border and enforce immigration law in the interior of the United States. This bill will provide money to DHS to fund efforts already underway to release hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens apprehended at the border into the U.S. interior.

Some of the provisions of the spending bill include:

Allows DHS to Double the number of H-2B visas issued in FY2022.
Reauthorizes the EB-5 investor visa, which allows foreign nationals to buy green cards, a program plagued by fraud since its creation in 1990.
Rescinds a Trump-era program that set aside H-1B fees to provide job training to American workers.
Offers taxpayer-funded lawyers for illegal aliens seeking U.S. residence under the Violence Against Women Act.
The bill preserves nearly $2 billion for border barrier construction, despite Biden’s hopes that the money would be reclaimed. Additionally, funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement would rise by 7% despite the President’s hopes to cut the department by more than $50 million.

The bill also includes a $240 million infusion of cash to ICE and a $1 billion infusion to Customs and Border Protection to help deal with the border surge caused by President Biden’s open-border policies.

While these investments appear like a move in the right direction, it would still be up to the President’s administration to appropriately use the money to deal with the meltdown of interior enforcement and border security and actually strengthen the nation’s immigration enforcement as a whole.

Democrat congressional negotiators have already announced that they prevented any of the funds set aside for immigration enforcement from being used to hire more enforcement personnel and that they did not raise the number of desperately needed ICE detention beds.

Handouts to the rich while the poor and middle-income struggle to survive the destruction of Bidenflation, aka the disguised tax raise.

Democrats always do what they accuse Republicans of doing.

Sadly, the spineless Republicans put up nearly zero resistance.

Our nation is being stolen right before our eyes.
