Talked to a station owner yesterday. He said the latest stickers do not just peel off and have a strong adhesive which takes time to remove without damaging the surface.

I provided him with a small spudger like tool that is plastic, but has a squared off edge (like a very small putty knife). It scrapes them right off.

Scored a free cup of coffee. He said his staff scrape off several every couple days. “People would be angry if someone put bumper stickers on their cars, why do they put them on property that is not theirs.”.

I replied “because there’s a small number of virtue signaling morons who claim they are conservatives, but don’t give a damn about your private property rights”.

They’re leaving them up at my Shell station in Juno Beach. They don’t even bother removing them, because they probably get replaced within the hour.

I pump my gas in Edgewater MD. Some Karen peels them off, but they're replaced every day.

That's the danger of having self-serve ANYTHING in business. You condition your customers -- including some people here on FR, apparently -- to treat your property as if it belongs to them.

Agreed. Putting these stickers on property that is not theirs gets the station owner involved.
