Russia and Ukraine could hold a new round of peace talks as soon as Monday, according to Ukrainian authorities — with US officials crediting the crippling economic sanctions against the Kremlin for the move.

Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, said Sunday that both parties are working with mediators from Israel and Turkey to sort out potential topics of discussion — including a cease-fire and a withdrawal of Russian troops — and where and when the talks would be held.

They might finally agree to the size of the negotiating table.

Took a little longer than Russia expected after the start of the war to get all the things they wanted before the start of the war. But. in the end. they will get Ukraine neutrality they wanted, probably enshrined in the Constitution, recognition of the Russian ethnic provinces as independent republics and Crimea as their and quiet agreement that Ukraine will host no NATO troops or accept lethal Nato weapons

Probably so, and they’ll wind up like Finland during the Cold War - neutral, but free and prosperous.

Good to see the their talking as Ukraine had no interest in serious discussions prior to being attacked (probably due to Brandon and other leaders pulling the strings).

Not quite.

At the end there will be no Ukraine. The time to negotiate the settlement passed.

There will be several successor states.

One that seems to be *in progress* is the Kherson People’s Republic.

Ukraine was meant as a tool to weaken Russia and also weaken Europe. A sacrifice.

The more people die the better, all part of the plan.

And Zelensky is playing his part.

I agree. Our fed government leaders ( who are not Harris or Biden, or Pelosi...they are mere puppets) are too inept to actually be a part of ANY world issue.

Little bonus for the depopulation dream.

More seriously:

Great Reset was a risky venture .. at the time the globalists released Covid, all three potential great powers were not controlled by them.

Taking over the US and installing a puppet regime (the coup of 2020) was easy, but they had no way to deal with other two.

So... the plan now is to weaken Russia — this is what the Ukrainian war is for -— and then throw everything they have on China.

And Slavs in general are not fans. They resisted Muslim invaders, still are mostly devoutly Christian, especially Poland.

Poland may be a very interesting country to watch in a couple of years.

Unlike most of Europe they may have a future.

(and I certainly wish them well.... hopefully they have enough wisdom not to get into the Uke mess.)

Poland would love to be in the fight, but they know they would drag everybody else in, so they have to sit back and take it.

I’d not be sure that if they enter the fight anyone would follow... promises nonetheless.

Remember 1939.

And the rationale would be stronger this time: if Poland enters the war and is joined by NATO, the war will be nuclear.

On the other hand, if Poland enters the war just by itself... well... remember 1939 again.

I would not doubt Zelensky was quietly being hammered by Europe and the US to get real and take Putin’s deal. There was too much for Europe, and the world, for that matter to lose commercially, economically and financially by waiting for Putin to overrun him. Perhaps, slow Joe had a hit man hunting him down as well as Vladimir. lol Zelensky might have caved when they said he can keep his job and everyone will call back their hit men. If there is a peace deal, everyone will try to take the credit.

If it wasn’t for the brilliant Jan Sobielski 3, Europe would be mad Mo solid now. Ironically he was born in territory that was goverened by Poland in what is now Ukraine

And if it wasn’t for Piłsudski, all of Europe would have gone Bolshevik in 1920.
