You are correct. As in Vietnam we allowed the enemy to dictate the Rules of Engagement and tell a complicit media what to say. We won all major battles but lost the war. This idiocy is repeating itself.

It won’t help either. A hand full of Soviet era jets with little armaments against top of the line Russian jets. Where will the jets fly out of?
