Probably best not to make a bigger fool of yourself, unless you can tell us which surrounded areas these refugees are coming from.

That seems far from definite, far from a threat to Russia, and may not even refer to nuclear weapons. Statements like that aren't the cause for anything, just an excuse used for other goals.

You are right, Americans didn't drive those tanks into the Ukraine. However the Russians didn't drive tanks into America or attack a NATO member. The Ukraine is not a NATO member.
We have no skin in this game.
Why would the Ukrainians shell their own position. In the video of the shelling you can see the Ukrainian soldiers across the street from the explosion.
Sometimes mortar teams fire short, or otherwise end up firing near their own teams ahead of them, but it is very rare for a mortar team to fire in the entirely wrong direction and hit their own soldiers.
You can believe what you want, but it is very unlikely that a Ukrainian mortar team turned their mortar 180 degrees and fired at their own side of the battlefield. How frequently would a US Army or Marine mortar team do that?
Irpin, as one example.
