I’ll take either, just quit messing with my body-clock.
I was fortunate enough to have a great older endocrinologist. For his patients with thyroid issues, and I am one of them, he did blood work twice a year, February and September. He said, the time change absolutely affected his thyroid patients. He also did a study for years on his senior patients who were thriving into their eighties and some nineties. There were three things they all had in common……..did not smoke, kept a positive attitude, and almost all of them took short naps in the afternoons even when they still worked and got home, especially during the winter months with shortened daylight hours.
