The most effective use of a ‘terrifying’ weapon is the *threat* of using it. But once you have used it, yes there will be some damage, it’s not terrifying anymore. That’s why you don’t actually want to use it. Putin is using up all his cards. When he has nothing left to play, as a last resort he will possibly either drop a tactical thermonuclear weapon (low radiation) somewhere in Ukraine or threaten to do so unless Ukraine surrenders. If it gets to that stage it will be a turning point in the war. Either he will be killed, deposed or NATO will get involved.
LOL. British DefSec stated that Russia has run out of missiles on the third day, and the military only has MREs for that time. The missiles are still raining and nobody has died of hunger. The Ukrainian Army or what is left of it in the meantime, can’t move, conscripts everyone 18-60, and sends American SpecOp volunteers in human wave attacks to die in droves against combined arms.

Excellent point. Even if this was a hypersonic missile (no real proof) , all it shows is how inept Putin is. He wasted a valuable resource for no compelling military advantage. There was no missle defense system to defeat to hit that site. More clueless inept bumbling by the 9D chess master with the bloated pumpkin head.
