Blasting President Joe Biden's "weak hand" on Russia, former President Donald Trump called for greater support for Ukraine with lethal aid, denounced Vladimir Putin's unchecked killing of thousands, and rejected Putin's threat against a long-overdue U.S. escalation.
"When he goes in and he kills thousands of people, are we going to just sit by and watch?" Trump told Fox Business' "Varney & Co." on Monday. "This country, in a hundred years from now, they'll be talking about what a travesty, what a horrible thing this is."
Trump blasted Biden for slow-walking sanctions and failing to deter Putin's deadly invasion of Ukraine, adding this week's NATO summit is too little, too late to save the thousands of lives already lost — and a futile attempt to put back a proverbial can of worms of war already opened and devastating a sovereign country...
"What he's doing is a human tragedy," Trump said. "There's not been anything like this, in a sense, maybe ever, but certainly since World War II, if you look at it.
"What we can do is enormous and we should be doing it. We should be helping them to survive."
Striking another rebuke of Biden's energy and Russia foreign policy, Trump said the U.S. should take control of energy.
"One thing I would do rapidly is get the oil flowing, because if you reduce the price of oil significantly, that war is going to end," Trump said. "You know the expression, What you need for war is three things: money, money, and money?

Biden plans to give the US to the New World Order anyway
Bingo! Trust in Trump.
Yep, BiXiden has already folded on no shortage of issues.
Boy I wish Trump was in the WH.
hey joe... its bait..
bait
I agree with President Trump.
I am glad Trump’s looking at it the right way (mass killing of civilians and not through the lens of Putin battling the “globo homos” so we must cheer for him.
"What he's [Putin] doing is a human tragedy," Trump said. "There's not been anything like this, in a sense, maybe ever, but certainly since World War II, if you look at it.
And yet we have many here at FR siding with Putin, or at least saying that "both sides are wrong" and "this is not our fight." They argue that since Biden "and the Globalists" are against the Russians, then we shouldn't be.
They are idiots and are pathetic.
Trump soon will be calling for Biden to send US troops. /half sarc
Trump wanted out of Afghanistan before Joe. Trump had Ukraine and Russia bottled up even with both hands tied behind his back by Congress.
I’d be surprised, frankly, that he’d want to come in and clean up Joe’s mess. There is no way to do it, anyway, with the NATO Swamp still in control.
And Trump is absolutely right.
Thats why Trump was so careful to keep the Saudi ruling faction on side. He therefore had control of the oil spigot, one of the main tools of global stability. Reagan used this decisively to choke the Soviets.
Bidens gang just threw that away, right off when they took over, for no good reason I can see.
I don’t know if Trump would do it but threatening to pull the U.S. out of NATO might sober up the Euro members of that swamp.
You and I and virtually everyone I talk to.
But hey! No mean tweets.
My argument is that the US has no interests in Ukraine, much less essential interests.
We have no role to play there.
Yes, I disagree with Trump. And Biden. And the vast majority of Congress.
I’m still waiting for someone, anyone, to articulate a national interest that warrants a risk of war.
Perhaps you can?
“Bingo! Trust in Trump.”
Biden Republicans won’t trust Trump.
They hate the guy.
They’re “losers & suckers.”
I’m going to give you a list which you will promptly ignore.
Ukraine gives Russia Black Sea access for the Russian navy, which threatens the US fleet.
Ukraine is the road into Poland, which is a straight plain into Germany.
Vital fuel pipelines run through Ukraine, which will show Russia to further control Europe.
Ukraine is a world breadbasket giving Russia control over Vital food resources.
Ukraine is the 2nd largest European country, giving Russia manpower, resources and strategic position.
Russia is already threatening Poland and demanding we withdraw from half of NATO. This isn’t going to stop at Ukraine
Russia will move tactical nukes into Ukraine
Russian victory will lead to further aggression not only by Russia but by China.
Russia is bringing Middle Eastern fighters to kill Europeans, not a good development.
Putin plans to reconstitute a Russian empire which includes many of our allies.
There is a Russian Chinese military alliance aimed at us.
Now you will ignore and reject all that, won’t you?
