My initial thought was this dude removed his Russian issued military clothing when he was hiding. To disguise he was a Russian soldier. Not sure about changing out the underwear and socks. Maybe they had some Russian military logo on them???

Maybe they had some Russian military logo on them??? Not sure what they do in Soviet Russia, but I've seen guys stencil pretty much everything but their socks on US ships.
