Considering that the bill that has the “Ukrainian aid” in was just signed eight days ago I doubt any of that has been obligated.

And the majority of the spending does not even go to Ukraine, let alone as direct cash...

Much of the rest is for humanitarian and economic assistance, strengthening regional allies’ defenses and protecting their energy supplies and cybersecurity needs.”

I think about 1 billion goes for military supplies to Ukraine. P> Here's a list of 800 million of it.

And you're probably right. These allocations probably haven't made it through our bureaucracy yet. So we are just like the French and the Germans.

It's all too little too late.

Where is why I've been saying all along, this is a war of Russia invading Ukraine with the Global State only going through the motions.
