While there are legitimate concerns about President Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson’s adherence to ever-toxic critical race theory and her views on gender, it’s fair to say that Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Missouri, has scored the most damaging hit against the left-wing jurist with his focus on her sentencing of those convicted of child pornography.
The best indication of this assertion is the concerted pushback from the alleged “fact-checkers,” who rushed almost in unison to Jackson’s defense to claim that Hawley’s claims don’t stand up to scrutiny, though her confirmation hearings before the Senate’s Judiciary Committee are but a matter of formality, as Jackson is all but certain to be confirmed for the very reason she was picked.
Hawley has taken a serious beating from the cooperative media for his line of approach and on Tuesday he got a chance to question Jackson before the public eye, stressing an instance when the judge suggested an 18-year-old child pornography defendant was “peers” with his 8-year-old victims. Jackson gave the defendant a 3-month sentence — she noted that in the internet age it’s much easier to get illegal images of minors than when the laws were first enacted and the number of photos possessed takes on a different meaning.
Hawley was very effective in his presentation here, despite what the liberal media may:

Why do people care so much about Twitter?
The selection of this person to be the nominee probably started with, “Well, if we appoint Kamala Harris to the Supreme Court, then she is out of the succession list.” Then the selectors saw a picture of the nominee and could not tell the difference, because to democrats all dark women look alike. And the rest is history.
Correction: Twitter bans Babylon Bee for accurately gendering their “man of the year.” Truth in the world of lies is “hate speech.”
If so how does it explain Old Joe’s 34% approval? Sad truth is most Republicans have destroyed themselves with their cowardice. Democrats have lost their minds, GOP have lost their spines (assuming they ever had one.)
