Well, I think that depends on the pro Putin people. Trump has been pretty darn clear recently that the US should do a lot more to help Ukraine, although short of sending troops.
So, I think the question is whether Putin supporters still support Trump after this:

As a practical matter, at least on this issue, I’d say the pro-Putin people are nearly irrelevant. While they make up a large % of FReepers and such, their arguments convince almost no one else, and given the choice of Biden vs. Trump, on this issue Trump probably picks up more support than he loses.
Note that my above answer assumes a long struggle (maybe turning into a “super Afghanistan” for Russia) in Ukraine, and Trump being able to make his case to most of the US population, including a plan to win that greatly lowers energy prices in the US.
I am afraid a bunch of pro-Putin people here are actual Russians from Russia.
not sure if Vlad can mount a long term war. With a grain of salt, consider this Sun article that claims that corruption up and down the ranks of the Russian military is exemplified in tanks that were ‘in storage’ and supposedly combat ready with a little dust-off, but have been stripped of their components -
on one hand by overpaid officers and on the other hand by underpaid privates - a paper army

“While they make up a large % of FReepers..”
There is a contingent of Putin supporters on FR, though not a large percentage of FReepers, by any means. However, the number of isolationists has grown, and they unfortunately, though maybe unintentionally, find themselves on the side of Putin in some cases.
“I’d say the pro-Putin people are nearly irrelevant.”
to me, they’re pretty obvious russian trolls, and i simply ignore everything they say or post ... in fact, i pretty much ignore ALL FR commentary about the russian war and simply read the posted articles and make up my own mind ...
the FR commentary reminds me of a pair of children who just repeat “he started it”, “no he started it” over and over and over and over again and again and again ...
