Could be a lot of heat from the players (association). If most of the chiefs are white and most of the indians are black... Oh wait, I’m mixing metaphors. Something about a plantation is the one I think most used here.
Probably also social pressure. I don’t know how they do it, but these groups are extremely successful at making large corporations nervous. Someday their tactics will get exposed.
If you are one of the teams who already has a minority on your offense coaching staff, you’re golden. You actually picked them based on their merits. Everyone else is going to have to fight over the remainder who have experience and talents. Somehow I also suspect there will be a few positions that are more symbolic. But I am cynical that way
