West Chester is we’re my Nephew moved to three years ago. I’m sure he is pleased with these developments. Only one of his children is old enough to attend school in which case it is a local Catholic school. I know he went round and round with them in regards to mandatory masks.

Good news story of the day!
The article says a 1949 law allows 10 residents to submit a petition to the court for removal if the board is not doing what it is supposed to do. It appears that the judge did not rule on the merits of their argument but that the board members defaulted by not responding to the complaint. Ignore the court at your own peril.
Good. I encourage taxpayers to go to every school board meeting. We do & applaud parents who get up to speak. Our Northampton, PA board is trying to close 3 perfectly fine elementary schools & build a huge $70 million one next to a giant warehouse complex. No interest in remodeling these schools & no respect for taxpayers…
Where does a judge get the authority to remove elected officials?>>> Read the article. The PA screwel code says a petition by 10 can remove a board member. They submitted the petition and when they failed to be removed. they filed suit. It is known by some to be called the Law.
