They can say this is a time of reckoning and all that. But, will anything change going forward?
I predict that, going forward, we will see a rush to judgement for any questionable actions or behaviors reported by any Republicans/conservatives, but for any questionable actions or behaviors by Democrats/liberals, they will take the position that we just don’t know the facts yet, we have to know more details before we can run with this story, etc.
I've seen this play before. What will happen is the media will "correct" itself by running with any supposed GOP "scandal" that is raised by dems with zero evidence with justification that "we won't repeat the Hunter Biden mistake".
This is in the playbook, make a "mistake" that favors dems and them "fix it" by stomping on Republicans.
