There is always propaganda. I have been lurking on foreign news sites to get an idea of what is going on. I don’t expect them to be honest, but to lie differently.
And they are saying that while Russia is having issue, the Ukes are in deep kaka.

No matter what stance one may take about the Ukraine/Russia mess, the title of this "news" -- when the conflict is only one-third the length so far of the Serbia bombing by NATO (under the same Stoltenberg then as now) three decades ago -- is essentially cheerleading. Will history hold the same view? Time will tell.

They are resupplying by ground transport, not by air into Ukraine. It does indicate they have been unwilling so far to attack western convoys. We did the same in Vietnam as eastern block freighters sailed into Haiphong. Eventually we mined the approaches, but we wouldn’t directly attack them. That might be in play here.
