The real question is why she is lenient on Pedophiles, is there something going on that wasn’t investigated enough concerning her and/or her husband.

How can the “First Black Woman Supreme Court Justice” be historic, when she can’t even determine what a woman is?

I think that that is very telling. and she comes on the bench in a divided time, giving hope to people that’s going to have to fight those divisions.”
Divided time? This statement sums up Sharpton, and a number of failing politicians in the public domain. It’s been a long time since there was a call for equality. This is not one of them. Why does it have to be a great event for black people, especially black women? Why can’t it be a celebration of the success of a great justice period. Laws should see no color, religion or gender. They should see justice. So while Sharpton is celebrating the lack of humanity of one piece of our government that actually approved her entry, he is using the action as an attack on other than black people in the US, especially women.
She’s there to do a job based upon a Constitution written in the 1780’s for the use of all in this country not to represent black America or women. If that is her actual determination of her job then she’s starting with a conflict of interest that should disqualify her to judge any case that involves blacks or women and recuse. Not much of a well planned justice replacement was it?

It’s historic alright. It’s the first time an apologist for Pedophiles was confirmed to sit on the highest court in the land. Her and John Roberts ought to get along very well.

Although admittedly she could be the most ignorant and the most evil and most unqualified, so she could be historic in that way.
As opposed to the RATS, who quite vocally called Tim Scott’s election in SC “historic” because he was the first black Senator from the south since reconstruction.... oh wait, they DIDN’T do that, and refuse to acknowledge it because he has an “R” next to his name. Oh well!
