Paid .99 apiece for a few ears at Publix the other day. It was very good because it was fresh. But fresh it will not stay for when a lot of folks see the price they’ll pass.
Expect an ear of corn will easily surpass $1 in the coming months. We’ll be “happy” when $1/ear is the sale price for July 4 cookouts.
