My guess is the DOJ will charge Hunter with some relatively minor things for the purpose of providing a shield against him having to testify before a GOP controlled committee.
You know it will be something like that.
I think it’s all coming out now so President can pardon Hunter. You don’t have to be charged to be pardoned. President can pardon Federal future charges, current charges, but not state charges. No way are they going to allow Hunter to be prosecuted and no way are they going to allow GOP commission to hold hearings if they win majority control.
