So....this is what the people of Seattle wanted.
The worst part about this is that the wealthy ones or the ones that work from home and can work from anywhere, can pack their stuff and move. And, because of that, as well know, they just go and destroy the next place. Like Boise, Bozeman, Whitefish, Kalispell, Atlanta, Austin, Nashville, etc etc etc.
I wonder how many mortgage defaults there are, where they’re getting into a home someplace else and just walking away from what they have/had in Seattle.
Why would anybody walk away? The real estate market is booming; anybody who wants to leave would just sell.
