U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Chris Magnus says the governor of Texas should coordinate with the federal government before busing migrants to Washington, D.C. His remarks follow an order from Governor Greg Abbott to provide buses to take willing migrants already released by federal agencies and transport them to the nation’s capital.
“Governor Abbott is taking actions to move migrants without adequately coordinating with the federal government and local border communities,” Commissioner Magnus said in a written statement Thursday afternoon. “CBP has always worked closely with and supported border communities in Texas, many of which CBP personnel call home.”
“We all have a shared interested in maintaining safe, orderly, and humane immigration processes, and assistance from the state should be carefully coordinated with us,” the CBP head continued.

I truly love this part of the statement about Governor Abbott sending busloads of illegals to Washington D.C. - “without adequately coordinating with the federal government and local border communities.” Since when did the CBP, DHS or others coordinate with the mayors of many cities before landing a plane and offloading upwards of 100 or more illegals in towns around 2:00 AM, then having the plane fly out before daylight? What about having a busload of illegals showing up at the bus station in a town without the knowledge of the city officials, but with an NGO charity there to pick them up and hand them their goodie bag, like some Hollywood tramp at an award ceremony?

I tend to support the men and women of Border Patrol more than DC, but Biden (I know it is not him per se as his brain is mush) is not informing Governors and Mayors, is he?
