After their conviction, they should have to repay all the money the gov-mint spent on this bogus crap. Hillary should be strung up by a short rope with a long fall.
The standard response by federal prosecutors is to simply offer immunity in exchange for their testimony, which negates their fifth amendment claim, since they can’t incriminate themselves once they have immunity.
The fact that Durham gave immunity to one witness and not the other five suggests to me that he thinks he is getting enough evidence from the one witness to make his case and has no need to elicit testimony from the rest.
