I must have missed in that article where he describes exactly how the Russians are ‘worse than ISIS’. I didn’t see any specific examples. What did I miss?
The article seems mostly as a description why he was qualified to be over there and of his overall experience while assisting the Ukrainians. Good information, but not fully matching the headline.

I think the Soviets were pretty rational, especially after Stalin. They were controlled by the Politburo so they were more predictable. Now Russia is a dictatorship? Not good.

Here you go:

“I was one of the first people in Bucha after the Russian retreat and I saw the bodies dumped there, including kids’ bodies. Things happen in war. When you have soldiers who are nervous they get trigger happy, but this appears to have been a very, very deliberate approach to killing civilians. People were dragged from their homes and killed, women gang-raped in cellars and executed. “

No it did not match the headline. But at the end he said the important part...the money may run out. Both the EU and the US have problems with debt already.

"where he describes exactly how the Russians are ‘worse than ISIS’. I didn’t see any specific examples."

He did not get into a lot of specifics, but he said he was among the first into Bucha after the Russian withdrawal.

What was found, was mountains of evidence of systematic, deliberate, torture, rape, murder, looting and oppression.

Before the Russians went in, reports were published that kill lists of opposition figures had been compiled ahead of time. Well, they were used. Apparently, it is underway systematically across the Country, in the Russian occupied areas.

The FSB had an field office set up in a house in Bucha, where they brought in the opposition folks who were arrested. For example, Olga Sukhenko, the Mayor of the small town of Kopyliv.

They broke Olga's fingers. They broke both of her arms. They broke both of the arms of her husband and son. They shot all three of them, and dumped their bodies in a mass grave they were filling, with about 400 other civilians from the area. That is her husband's body, dropped into the drain>

This is policy. This was planned.

What did I miss?

Maybe Bucha, Lrpen, etc.

No one should be surprised by any of this. It's a Russian tradition going back centuries. In 19th century Ukraine they bayonetted children in front of parents who refused to convert from Ukrainian Catholic to Russian Orthodox.

Russians are using cluster bombs on civilian targets.
