That fact is not lost of the Russians I’m sure. It will make the next phase of the war much easier for Russia.

Yes, they do have the munitions. NATO has highly effective air-launced weapons, to have an operational and strategic effect, unlike the simply tactical arms so far supplied to Ukraine. The casualty rates, even for equipment, will quickly reduce the Russian military to inutility.

And that is not counting advanced MLRS and multi-munition artillery systems. Even tactically counterbattery fire on Russian artillery will be catastrophic.

And etc. and etc.
