It’s usually easier to just answer your mail from the IRS. Even if you are a lawyer.

What about my two year old unprocessed refund of $1,600 having to do with a retroactive ruling against a tax later found not legal?
Irs was sending extensions for themselves every 60 days then just quit.
We have no sense or guts for putting up with this crap.
Not always. I didn’t contact the IRS until after a second letter. Asked for clarification regarding the statutory requirement under my situation to file a tax return.
I have not heard back from the IRS. It’s been 19 years.
