And I’m not optimistic, but the Sarbanes–Oxley Act exists to prevent that sort of thing. It’s kind of a big deal for a publicly traded company to say, “Oops, I guess we don’t have those records”.

The talk on Maria Bartiromos show this morning inferred whatever happens its a win for Musk.....if they turn him down the prediction is the stock falls into the 20s.
